BUILDING STANDS

Step 1: Defining the goal

The main thing we strive for is close communication with our clients.

We research, analyze and collect all the necessary information to implement in the most accurate detail the exhibition stands that our clients imagine.

Step 2: Budgeting and Spending Planning

  • Precise assessment of the budget framework and cost planning.
  • Based on your budget, we will offer a stand without any compromise in the quality of materials and execution, as well as guaranteeing the safety of visitors.

Step 3: Create a design

Your vision, mission and goals.

Every detail helps our designer visualize an exhibition stand project that will attract the attention of the audience.

You will receive your ideas visualized in a 3D project, with which you will get a detailed idea of how your exhibition stand will look.

Step 4: Production and quality audit

  • We can offer you standard stands – built from modular construction of leading European manufacturers, as well as non-standard stands made of different materials and textures, fully tailored to the corporate vision and budget
  • We will prepare engineering drawings and a 3D project, necessary for approval by the organizers of any trade fair in Europe

Step 5: Stand construction and assembly

We will deliver your stand to any point in Europe.

During construction, our team of qualified professionals will work under the guidance of our account manager, who will be on site to monitor the accurate and precise implementation of the project approved by you.

The account manager will meet you on site to hand over the stand to your representative.

Step 6: Dismantling and transportation back

Our experienced team will be there for you even after the exhibition or fair is over. We will take care of dismantling your stand, saving you time and labor costs.

You don’t have to worry about anything when it comes to designing and building your exhibition stand. Our team will take care of everything for you, so you can focus solely on your presentation.
